Scent Studio FAQ's

A Candle Bar workshop lasts about an hour, however, your candles will need to cool and cure. We recommend returning no sooner than 1-2 hours to pick up your candle, or you may return the next day. We also offer shipping for an additional $9.

Your ticket price includes everything needed to make your own candle. You select the vessel and the scent for a custom candle making experience.

If for some reason you can no longer make your reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of the time of your session. Please allow 24-48 hours for the refund to be processed. If you need to change the date and time of your reservation, please give us a call at 209-787-0242 or email us at olivadawnco@gmail.com (olivadawnco@gmail.com)and we will be happy to assist you. Please kindly give us a 24 hour notice.

You are more than welcome to bring in lunch, snacks or treats into The Candle Bar. We do not serve alcohol.

Candles will be ready for pickup 1-2 hours after pouring or can be shipped for $9 per candle. There are several local eateries and dessert options (The Sweet Spot, Hula's, Diboni's, Debbie's Cuisine, Orlando's and several taqueria's,) as well as a Winery (Lumberyard Cellars) that are all within a mile. We recommend using one form of payment to insure your party is booked together and the proper amount of seats are reserved together. If you would like to pay separately, you will need to book separately. Please call us at 209-787-0242 or email at olivadawnco@gmail.com (olivadawnco@gmail.com)and let us know that you've paid separately and all that's in your group. We will do our best to accommodate your group.

Yes! For groups of 10 or more, we offer a 10% discount. Use code 10FRIENDS at checkout. Discount does not apply towards a private event.

While reservations are not required, but we highly recommend them! Seating will be given to reservations first, then walk-ins.

No one will be allowed in the workspace without a ticket, with the exception of a parent accompanying a minor. We do have a lovely Friendship Corner that you're welcome to sit down and relax while your party makes their candle.

We love our kiddos and pets, but because our candle pouring workshops include the handling of hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 8+ to participate and no pets allowed. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. No one will be allowed in the workspace without a ticket with the exception of a parent accompanying a minor. Service animals will be allowed.

Our candles and scents are carefully tested, so we will not allow mixing of scents or pouring in other vessels. We do however have several vessels and scents for you to choose from! You're sure to find one that you will love!
