Scent Studio FAQ's
If for some reason you can no longer make your reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of the time of your session. Please allow 24-48 hours for the refund to be processed.
If you need to change the date and time of your reservation, please give us a call at 209-787-0242 or email us at olivadawnco@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please kindly give us a 24 hour notice.
Candles will be ready for pickup 1-2 hours after pouring or can be shipped for $9 per candle. There are several local eateries and dessert options (The Sweet Spot, Hula's, Diboni's, Debbie's Cuisine, Orlando's and several taqueria's,) as well as a Winery (Lumberyard Cellars) that are all within a mile.

We recommend using one form of payment to insure your party is booked together and the proper amount of seats are reserved together. If you would like to pay separately, you will need to book separately. Please call us at 209-787-0242 or email at olivadawnco@gmail.com and let us know that you've paid separately and all that's in your group. We will do our best to accommodate your group.

We love our kiddos and pets, but because our candle pouring workshops include the handling of hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 8+ to participate and no pets allowed. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. No one will be allowed in the workspace without a ticket with the exception of a parent accompanying a minor. Service animals will be allowed.
